Mark is the heart and hands behind The Surfski Clinic. With over 35 years of experience in composite repairs and a lifelong passion for paddling, he brings a unique blend of craftsmanship and community spirit to everything he does.

Based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Mark is a well-known figure in the local paddling scene. He’s an experienced paddler himself and can be found at most major amateur races—either competing, supporting, or just enjoying the atmosphere. His deep knowledge of surf craft, combined with a perfectionist’s eye for detail, means every repair and customisation is done to the highest standard.

Relaxed, honest, and incredibly reliable, Mark takes pride in doing things right the first time. Whether he’s in the water or in the workshop, his dedication to the sport and the people who love it shines through.

Donnae is the friendly face behind the scenes at The Surfski Clinic, making sure everything runs smoothly from booking to pick-up. A keen paddler herself and a true people person, she brings warmth, organisation, and a deep love for the sport to her role.

With past experience managing a Surfski club and coaching beginner paddlers, Donnae knows firsthand how important support and clear communication are—especially for those just getting started. Her attention to detail and approachable style make her a natural at keeping both customers and the team on track.

When she’s not keeping the clinic running or out on the water, you’ll find Donnae enjoying the outdoors and connecting with the paddling community she’s proud to be a part of.
