• Our address is unit 6/ 2 Paton Place, Balgowlah NSW 2093. We’re located on level one. Turn right into Paton Place and head up the ramp, if there is no parking on level one please proceed to the rooftop. There is a 3 metre clearance throughout. Kindly note, drop off is by appointment only Monday through to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

  • We are open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. For drop off and pick up during these hours please schedule an appointment. You can do so by emailing bookings@surfskiclinic.com.au.   

    Should you need to drop off your craft after hours please note the instructions below.

    1. Screw the blue foam poles (in the bucket near the rear wall of the roller door) onto the vertical supports. 

    2. Put the bungee cord securely around each vertical pole. 

    3. Put the orange poles next to the front of the ski as per the image below. 

     It is important to note, if you leave your ski unattended on weekends or after hours you do so at your own risk. The Surfski Clinic takes no responsibility for loss or damage of any equipment left unattended.

  • Yes, we do offer a pick up and delivery service. We charge $110 for both collection and delivery within a 10 km radius from our shop in Balgowlah. Should you require collection and/or delivery outside of this radius please email us on bookings@surfskiclinic.com.au for a quote.

  • We always recommend an assessment prior to quoting on the repairs. This allows us to provide a more accurate quote as well as timeframe on the job.

  • We pride ourselves on completing Colour matching

  • We take great care not to add any unnecessary weight to the craft without compromising the structural integrity of the repair.

  • The timeframe varies depending on both the size and location of the damage on the craft. Once we have assessed the damage, we will be able to provide you with an estimated timeframe. While the repair work is in progress we keep you updated and will always let you know should any change to the initial estimate be required.

  • Yes, we have a range of surf ski’s available for rent while your craft is in for repairs. Should you require a rental please let us know when booking your repairs.
